When Should You Attend?

In this comprehensive childbirth class, you and your partner will gain emotional and practical skills to stack the cards in your favour for a smoother, more intuitive birth.

Labor often stalls not because something is wrong, but because modern life has disconnected us from natural movement patterns that support birth. A simple shift in position can make all the difference, yet our daily habits don’t always prepare our bodies for labor.

Our ancestors squatted, walked, and moved instinctively—while most of us only squat when a workout tells us to (if that! 🤸). Move Through Birth helps your body remember what it was designed for by integrating functional movement, biomechanics, and birth positioning into a cutting-edge, hands-on workshop.

Join anytime during preconception or between 20-40 weeks of pregnancy to start moving with your body—so birth can unfold as it was meant to.

How is Move Through Birth different from traditional prenatal fitness or other birth classes? 

 

This program focuses on the holistic approach to birth prep and postpartum, intuitive & functional movement, fascia release, and birth biomechanics rather than how we used to talk and approach birth. 

  • What's Body Ready Method®? BRM® is an approach to using whole body functional tools with the perinatal population that can help with: 

  • Body balancing to help baby find their best position ● Prenatal aches and pains ● Pelvic floor dysfunction ● Core support to minimize issues with abdominal separation and diastasis recti ● A more efficient birth by optimizing the body during pregnancy ● A smoother postpartum recovery. This class is ran by a BRM Pro and Teacher.

Developed by Rachelle Garcia Seliga, this perspective is based on ancestral knowledge, cross-cultural traditions, and modern insights into maternal health.

  • At its core, Innate Postpartum recognizes that postpartum is not just a recovery period but a rite of passage—one that requires deep nourishment, rest, warmth, and community support. The key principles include:

  • ✅ Deep Rest & Slowness – Honoring the need for stillness to allow for full recovery.
    ✅ Nutrient-Dense Foods – Supporting digestion, replenishing blood, and restoring vitality.
